Layne Flack
It is probably nothing, but this seemed strange. I saw Layne Flack on UB this weekend, he usually plays 25/50 NL or 80/160 triple-draw lowball.
He was playing a 0.01/0.02 game, just bought in, lost all of it - a small amount, and left, no chat at all. Maybe he was just killing time, but he is usually pretty chatty. I asked Phil about him, but he wouldn't say much. |

Re: Layne Flack
I think he lets his girlfriend play on the playmoney and low limit tables, at least that is what he said one time.

Re: Layne Flack
The only plausible scenario is he went totally bust and sent the coins in his couch cushions to neteller. The two small deposits into his bank account, double his roll - not a bad deposit bonus I must say.

Re: Layne Flack
that clearly has to be the reason.

Re: Layne Flack
Did anyone else see Layne in "Championship at the Plaza" on Fox Sports (see thread below)? I thought he looked terrible, as least in comparison to the WPT LA tourney which took place in the last two years.

Re: Layne Flack
I like the girlfriend theory, but I allow for the possibility that he has fallen out with UB and is simply attempting to fulfill some contractual obligation of playing a particular number of days or hours per month.
I'm always thinking, I'll tellya. |
