Newbie Question

Looking for some guidance. I had an account on PP through NetTeller, which I closed last week, although I haven't played a cash game for over a month. I play NL 100 and 50 SNGs and am looking to start playing again, with rakeback. What is the best thing to do next so I can start playing ASAP? Any help is greatly appreciated!
