I think the Chandara chain is actually pretty tasty as well(Chandarette in Marina Del Rey). If you are up in the Pasadena area, go to Saladang on Fair Oaks. There are two next to each other, go to the one with no outdoor seating(northern).

Not huge on seafood other than getting the surf-and-turf at steak joints, but Delmonico's seafood restaurant isn't too bad.
