Default Party Poker--For Your Peace of Mind (low, low, content)

My friend emailed me a bad beat hand history yesterday, and in the process he accidently forwarded it back to Party. As a result, he got the following response:

Dear John,
>
>Thank you for contacting us.
>
>Responding to your complaint about a series of losses at our tables, over
>Mail, we have initiated an in-depth and systematic investigation into all
>the aspects of your gameplay. Broadly, there are two aspects that one would
>seek to examine, before coming to a fair conclusion of an online card room
>such as ours.
>
>1. The players at the table (where there is manual intervention).
>2. The technical aspect, which runs the game.
>
>Our investigation was directed in an effort to investigate and address both
>these aspects. We began by examining all the hand histories of your games
>for the past few weeks. Our endeavor was to identify the pattern of play
>that you had complained about. We have further investigated the players who
>have been playing a significant number of hands, with you, verifying their
>accounts, examining their game patterns, and logged in complaints (if any)
>and their standing with the site, before arriving at a conclusion.
>
>This entire process allowed us to methodically examine thousands of hand
>histories, and we see that there has not been any unfair advantage given to
>any player. We can attest to the fact that there has not been any foul play
>at the tables.
>
>John, as you would agree, in any online business such as ours, the most
>vital aspect to which everything boils down to is 'Trust'. We cannot begin
>to overemphasize its importance nor have we ever made it an issue of
>compromise. That is something that we just cannot afford.
>
>In fact it is our integrity principles that have earned us the trust and
>loyalty of our players. We make every effort to ensure a fair and safe
>environment for all players.
>
>The systems, algorithms and practices at POKER.com exist to ensure total
>fairness to each and every player. Our Random Number Generation (RNG)
>system operates at the highest level of encryption and randomness, to
>ensure fairness without exception.
>Because the numbers the RNG generates are completely random, both the
>player and the online poker room are assured of complete fairness.
>
>We are licensed and regulated by the Government of Gibraltar and adhere to
>their strict rules to ensure system trust, safety and reliability. Further,
>our games are independently tested by a leading gaming software testing
>laboratory, iTech Labs, to ensure that the games operate correctly, are
>fair, their outcomes are not predictable and that the system is reliable,
>resilient and otherwise up to the highest standards of software integrity,
>including: change control mechanism recording, access control,
>fingerprinting the executables and regular monitoring of critical
>components of the system. In short, when playing at our site you may rest
>assured that we take your protection as well as our own seriously.
>
>We would like to mention that our Investigations Team periodically looks
>into any kind of unfair or erratic game play, in an effort to prevent
>possible collusion.
>
>Our systems are so built that they do not allow players who happen to be
>associated based on various parameters, to play together on the same
>tables.
>
>John, the only reason, we have stated all the above is to make you feel
>more comfortable about being a part of this site. We believe that that you
>have faced a losing streak and it is just a coincidence. We have also
>forwarded your query to our technical team who would be getting back to you
>after a detailed investigation as to the reason for your disconnections.
>
>You are a very valuable player and we wish you all the best at our tables.
>We would like to thank you for your continuous support and patronage of our
>site.
>
>Contact us anytime, we are available around the clock to assist you with
>your account related questions and suggestions.
>
>Sincerely,
>

I'm sure you're kidding, but the aggressive use of the players name in that "Mr. Black" Simpsons fashion is my favorite aspect of it.

No, But I really wish Party would do something about the problem they have with people occasionally getting bumped off wait lists.

YES. That, and getting bumped off all your waitlists if you just pick the first available for another table.
