No way I would check/fold this without very good reads.

That is a nasty river.

Check and Call because of the pot size. Definately don't overcall, if the BB wants a showdown, you're probably not good, but I think it's just too big to let go for one more - the few times he has QT JT or Ace hearts and offsuit rag (for a split) make it worthwhile I suspect.
