Not much else you can do there. If you were HU and could put UTG+1 to a difficult decison, then making an aggressive play at the pot with a flush draw has some merit. You need some FE to make it a good play, and UTG+1 is probably not going to fold now.

I donno, but since this is a speed tourney I think you have to go all in. but if this were a regular tourney this is a very very very easy fold against unknowns.
