Default KK hu how was this played?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (2 handed) converter

Hero (t7468)
BB (t6032)

Preflop: Hero is Button with K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
Hero calls t200, BB checks.

Flop: (t625) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets t400</font>, Hero calls t400.

Turn: (t1425) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets t400</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t1600</font>, BB calls t1200.

River: (t4625) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

Final Pot: t4625
it didnt go through the converter but he pushed instantly after the river.

How would you have played this? No way Im folding either right?

No, you can't fold this the way you've played it. How you play strong hands HU really depends on how previous hands have been played. For example, I like the pf limp much better if you have been limping previously and villain has been raising your limps. If you have been pf raising a bunch, then you are much better off raising KK too to hopefully build the pot preflop.
