Party cashouts to IGMpay when I request Neteller

This has happened twice--once with Empire, and now today with Party. I'm positive I'm doing my part correctly, but when I send them an email asking what's going on they tell me I requested the cashout to IGMpay. Am I the only one this has happened to??? Thanks

They did something similar to me this week. I asked to cash out to Neteller (from Empire). When my funds didnt show after like 2 days, I called Pay Pro. They said, "Oh, we mailed you a check...." Even though their system verified what I already knew (that I requested a Neteller cashout), for some unknown reason they decided to mail me a check. I told them to stop payment and give me the Neteller cash now, and within about a day it was there.. That was my first and only problem so far.
