Help me bet my draws. Please

I see a problem with the way I have been playing my draws most troubling is my open-enders. I am having trouble calling all but the no brainers and I am not leading at them aggrssively enough or raising with them at all. I am mainly playing 5-5 b/m. Some general thoughts from those who know would be greatly appreciated.
