The shorthanded section in Hold'em Poker for Advanced Players is very good.

Agreed, but the short table chapter and the heads up chapter in HOHII are better.

How Good is Your Limit Hold'em is almost entirely short-handed advice. Most of it is playing from the blinds and the decisions generally involve 2-4 people. This book will definitely help you pump up the aggression you'll need for SH.
