This is probably really close, because of the jump in pay. You might want to post it in the 1-table tounament forum with the payout structure, and see if someone will help you analyze with ICM.

I'd call but I wouldn't like it.

You had $1200 after posting $1600, so $2800 total
SB only had $1800 after posting $800, so $2600 total

SB must win this hand against both opponents for you to finish 3rd. You should have definitely called.

Yeh, if you win the hand, you take the chip lead. People can answer this better if you post the payouts, but the difference between 1st and 2nd is almost certainly greater than between 2nd and 3rd. Plus, if you fold, and the other small stack wins the hand, you almost certainly finish 3rd.

KQs could easily be the best hand 3-handed with huge blinds, even with all the action.
