This can't lose. Peyton is a god. The Colts will literally lift Gilette Stadium off the ground with their minds. Brady will throw for -400 yards.

The suspense is tearing me apart!

Seriously though, this sounds sweet.

I would like to see some more theory-related articles / discussions.

Stuff like: "The total lands on 41 1% of the time while it lands of 42 3% of the time, so its worth / not worth buying the extra half point" (Totally made up numbers, but you get the point)

I guess I walked into that one. The only thing they didn't do was lift the stadium..haha. Oh well, what a week. I know the books took a way bigger bath than me, so that can make me a little happier.

I think a fun (if long and drawn out) contest would be a pool where contestants submit, say, their best 20 picks in the span of a calendar year. They could be submitted as they come up as the year progresses. Would be interesting to see with what accuracy people hit their biggest plays. How many would it take to win?

There would also be some strategy in which picks to include, i.e., maybe it isn't best to submit half my picks in January, but on the other end you don't want to have 10 picks left to make after Christmas, etc.

Sort of like Easy E's NFL contest, but it would include all sports and center around your absolute best bets. (Personally I think few if any real real solid edges come in the NFL...too much parody/luck/variance.)

I sort of like this idea, but instead of 20 picks make it 500+. Joe square can luck into 15-5, I wanna see 290-210
