Who bets this someplace and if so, where? Also, the complete is questionable, I thought I remember another limper in there.

Complete is fine. I think it depends on how foldworthy your opponents are. I could see betting the flop, but only if a turn continuation is often successful, or they fold often for 1. Given the relatively safe turn, maybe bet that.

I think playing it as you did is fine though.

Genereally I lead the flop, and turn, pending aggression. I think a weakness of mine is calling down in hands like this,...

I think the turn wouldnt be bad, but river may be best if turn was checked around. Limping is best here with any pair that you cannot raise with.

Not a lot of better nonset flops for your hand.

Your equity against their respective ranges, MP limper and random, is good. Bet almost every time in this spot. Getting them to fold their 6 out hands on the turn is +EV, letting thme get 2 free cards is not.
