No idea what to do here. BB is very loose with reasonable aggression

Can't give up yet. A lone club could be getting tricky. Pair of aces could be getting tricky. Both you're either ahead or have outs for.

Sometimes you will be screwed, but I think you have to brave it and throw a 3-bet on the flop. Completely changes the hand.
