99 facing limp and short push
party 55. well short of money.
i've been at the table for 2-3 orbits. the big stack has been quite lag, raising and limping in a lot of pots. two we saw were limping utg with A9s and raising on the button with 76o and calling a short push getting 2.1:1. this is shorty's first hand at the table. Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) converter MP1 (t12213) MP2 (t2315) MP3 (t785) CO (t2615) Button (t3830) Hero (t2825) BB (t2305) UTG (t3162) UTG+1 (t2835) Preflop: Hero is SB with 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. 2 folds, MP1 calls t150, 1 fold, MP3 raises to t785 (All-In), 2 folds, hero? |

Re: 99 facing limp and short push
If I am pretty sure I can get rid of Big Stack, I push here. If he is eager to play for any big pot, or capable of limping a big hand, I fold. I like 99, but not against 2 people, especially when one of them can bust me. Obviously calling here is not an option.
