crap....back to Vegas?

I can get a flight to Vegas for 200 bucks in mid april- spend two nights and come back (acually, i'd fly in Sat. night after a full day of sleep after work and play all night probably till morning like I will have done the 3 nights before work.) -

All I'd have to do is book the Bellagio poker rate - I dunno - I'm so goddamn bored and I get 4 days off and then I won't get any poker in in Montana.

Mostly, I don't wanna be in this goddamn town right now - don't ask me why....go or not? Could also rent the car and go say to Felicia/Glenn - but who knows....

but change is good for the soul.

the plan - get off work Sat. morning at 7am - go home and go to bed for 10 hrs...

get to airport at 8pm ish (that's an hr via bus) - and get on 9:30 plane to Vegas - arrive 11:30pm local time Sat. night and catch a cab to a nice casino (MGM Dave? - I can do MGM on Sat. night if you're around)

stay awake from 11:30pm to 11:30am when I go to the IP, get my room, catch a nap before the 2pm IP tourney that I did so well in twice that I was there.

From there it's just Bellagio or IP - who knows....the Sun/Mon/Tues times are my bread and butter, I guess. I got 30 bucks on my players card that I can use for my room there - Tuesday at noon I check out and leave my luggage (backpack) with the bellhop till I'm ready to go at 9pm again - fly back and arrive at 4am in MN, get home, get some sleep, and damned if I'm not back out and ready to go to work at 7pm on Wed -

The beauty of all this is that I'm doing it cheaper then last time, with no vacation time, and quite frankly, I thought 4 days straight of poker non stop was a bit much after a point - ( I was Sun-Wed - I finally got burned out and watched [censored] TILT in my hotel room cause I was fried on Wed. night) -

I'm also doing it a lot more last minute - that's a beaut. - no waiting 8 weeks - it's just next week

and the week afterwards, I'm flying to Montana, so I'll be in a 10 day poker drought after that - but plenty of time to do what I want -

it's a family thing - don't like playing poker up there when I'm visiting my folks -

besides, the only rig I have access to there is missing a tailight/headlight - just begging to pull me over...LOL

that's what I'm hearing -

I wanted Bellagio, but I HEARD (or rather forgot) about the Festival Lago or whatever - 14 days of NL tourneys building up to the WPT....

and truth be told, I don't wanna be in a shitstorm like that without the scratch to play some, so I'm gonna pass on her mostly this trip, I guess.
