Default Calculating Card Combinations and Weighted Averages

In the book "Tournament Poker for Advanced Players" by David Sklansky, during his discussion of how to play pockets in ALL-IN race situations he states: "How to calculate card combinations and take weighted averages is addressed in any good statistics or gambling book."
Can anyone suggest a book that does what Sklansky stated? Or also --- a web page?

Default Re: Calculating Card Combinations and Weighted Averages

This method is explained with examples in Sklansky's book Poker, gaming & Life (in the chapter "A Simple Technique", page 41).
