Default flopped trips good kicker verses lagtag

5/10 abso. SB is "froggish." He's one of the lagtag regulars that play 5/10 on abso. He's very capable of bluffing, and he raises preflop. a Lot. We've definitely played against each other a lot, and I would bet he views me as very laggy. Button is unknown, so I assume he's kinda fishy.

Absolute Limit Hold'em Ring - $5/$10 Stakes (3 handed)

Starting Stacks
Seat 1: Button ($109)
Seat 4: Small blind ($194)
Seat 5: Big blind (Hero) ($190)

Preflop: Hero is Big blind with Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
Button calls, Small blind calls, Hero checks

I thought about raising PF, but decided against it. Should I?

Flop: (2.40 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (3 players)
Small blind checks, Hero bets, Button raises, Small blind calls, Hero raises, Button calls, Small blind raises, Hero calls, Button calls

When froggish did a call/cap, I honestly thought I had him beat. Any Jack with a higher kicker raises PF, and pocket 8's definitely raises preflop too. I thought he either has a flush draw or a jack with a lower kicker.

Turn: (8.70 BB) 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 players)
Small blind bets, Hero raises, 1 fold, Small blind raises,

Here's the main question. When he 3 bets me on the turn, who calls down and who caps? My read on him is that he would certainly raise a jack with a better kicker than me preflop, and he would certainly raise pocket 8's preflop. So the only 2 hands I fear are J8 and J3.

I like raising preflop. I also like capping the turn here and calling a river bet and betting if checked too.

I like this, and I like OP's evaluation of hand ranges. Christmas time making me too agreeable perhaps.
