If he's LAG and bad-ish, he's probably not the type to check behind a blank turn, whether he has a hand or draw or whatever. I feel like you can get all in on a turn checkraise a good chunk of the time here.

And I'd usually just lead the flop (for about 35). you were the preflop reraiser and even lags will often check this flop behind with air (and there are LOTS of bad cards for you on the turn). If he raises I probably get it all in.

I love how confusing your line is, but against this guy in this spot I don't think this is the time for it. keep that in the playbook though.

You don't think check-raising the flop and folding to a 3 bet all-in is a little nasty on this Td 8d x board?

[/ QUOTE ]
I never said you should fold. If you get 3bet, you make a decision. You got less information with the line you took than you would have if you'd checkraised and faced a push.

TWP posted a hand recently that was similar: he reraises pre with 66. Flop comes low; TWP bets about pot; turn bricks; TWP pushes and is called by AKo drawing to 6 outs, once.

Fastforward to my first session after reading this post. I raise pre jj; one caller; flop is low; I overbet; called; turn is brick; I push and get called by qq! ugh!

I kind of like the flop line, but they almost never stop betting on the turn if you check again. Since you are willing to stick all your money in, check-raise it in there to make more when he is on air; this play also entices him to call with an A 10 type hand as he will be priced in
