Reading material on blind defense/attack?

I remember a post here about a month ago that showed some numbers indicating that good play from the blinds was very important to your hourly rate.

However, it's been pretty hard for me to find some decent literature on dealing with the blinds. I'm aware of the SH pdf, and Sklansky & Malmuth's piece in HEFAP about HU play... but none of those really take into account the differences a full ring game might bring to the situation.

Thoughts? Recommendations?
