It's funny, but that post is exactly why I stick to tournaments.

Still...I think you can get over it after a 100K+ win. If you feel bad about it two days from now, take a good chunk of it and save some kids' lives (you're in Thailand, ought to be easy.) If there is such a thing as karma I would think that would balance it out.

How about instead of giving the guy back his money so he can lose it to someone else, Kane uses it for charitable purposes where he lives? Like zillions of people said, there are tons of people a lot more unlucky in that part of the world than CantSeeU.

having taken numerous courses on buddhism i can tell you theres nothing especially noble or wise about that particular religious tradition when it comes to this sort of scenario

honestly, you can make fairly strong arguments that HE had bad karma and you had GOOD karma, thus you recieved a positive result

also, he is the sick person consumed by desire and fear, you are the one with a calm stoicism necessary to play poker well

simply by saying you have guilt about what you allowed this person to do to his/herself , you show right mindfulness and are way ahead of the average person

funny how the rudest crudest dude from past posting could be such a softie ;-)
