Neteller Question

I already have a Neteller account in my name. If I set one up in my wife's name linked to a different bank account would there be any problems using that with a brand new Party account in my name?

The e-mail address on the new Neteller account and the Party account would match. Also, should Party and/or PayPro request verifcation she is a real person and I could provide the necessary documents.

I have looked into other options such as Moneybookers (can't seemlessly transfer money from US bank accounts) Citadel (charges money for withdrawls and account inactivity) and do not want to use IGM/E-passporte/firepay for the inital deposit as I would lose out on deposit bonuses using those methods.
