Default Pot equity needed with X amount of fold equity?

If I know I have approximately 40% fold equity in a given situation, how much pot equity would you recommend to make it +EV to bet?

I am guessing around 40%, but am I way off?

Thanks

I always bet roughly 70% of the pot unless I am trying to push someone out.

Say it's 200NL, pot of $20 on the flop, bet of $15.

Or on the turn it's a pot of $50, bet of $35.
