Raising KJo UTG?

Is this a standard raise UTG or muck it?

Im assuming we raise it UTG on a tight table and maybe fold on a loose?

this doesn't make any sense. more reason to play the hand/raise if the table is very loose. more reason to fold it if table is very tight (instead maybe occasionally raise T9s UTG is table is super tight)

Your thinking is flawed IMO. A super-tight player will fold KQo, A9o to an UTG raise, therefore making KJo UTG raise correct against super-tighties. Against super loose players, they are calling with any 2 broadway, ANY A, etc. thus your KJo is going to lose a lot more because hands that are ahead are calling you and not folding ever when they hit. The other thing is.. when a super-tightie plays back at you when you hold KJo you can EASILY bail when you miss. When a LAG plays back & you hold a marginal hand with showdown value you are a lot more likely to payoff a LAG even when you are behind.
