Who are the trusted affiliates on 2+2?

I know this should probably go in the "Official Rake Rebate Thread" but that thread is such a mess that I thought this would be more helpful to future readers as a separate thread. Also, if anyone wants to PM me with details about how rake rebates work and what they are offering for Party, Empire and skins it would be appreciated.

Hopefully soon enough these two sites that rate affiliates will give us the answers. For now i would put my endorsement behind rakereturns.com because they get permission from the sites themselves and are not in any fear of being shutdown.
