Keep in mind that the BEST case scenario here is that you're up against 2 pair and a king. If this is the case you likely have 7 outs. I get 7 from the 1 good ace, three 4's and three 7's. You can't count the king for obvious reasons, and I don't count the 8 because it could fill someone up (you have to discount one of the 3 undercards as possible outs, it doesn't matter which one). You're getting 6:1 on your turn cold call, and 7 outs gives you about that. It would seem you could make this call and get away with it, until you consider that a good percentage of the tiem you're drawing dead here (both BB's and EP's play are consistent with flush draws). Furthermore, there are 9 hearts that can come on the river that would make a crying call almost impossible.
