Loose passive AA 20/40
A local club runs a 20/40 game that is off the hook. 9 handed flops almost every hand and there is always a showdown. So here's my question you have AA in the BB, 7 limpers SB completes you?

[/ QUOTE ] You have the nuts, raise for value, in fact in this spot you should be raising any pair and alot of other hands including hands like 109s or A8s |

Re: Loose passive AA 20/40
you certainly have a much greater ev then 1 in 9. clear value in this raise. for example, even if you only win 20% of the time you profit in this situation, and i think you win more then 20%.

Re: Loose passive AA 20/40
Thanks for your responses I've been raising in this spot, I was just wondering if it's correct to double the size of the pot giving the entire table greater incentive to draw out. Thank you for reaffirming my continud raising from the BB with AA

They're going to try and draw out anyway.

Re: Loose passive AA 20/40
you can't forget about the time it gets limp-reraised by someone, possibly narrowing the field. that is possibly , but no matter cause if they're gonna shoot after you after investing 2 bets preflop, they're still gonna shoot after you for 4, and i'd rather have 4 bets in there before the flop than just 2.
