I am not a fan of the preflop play but that wasn't the question.

Capping the flop depends on the SB. If the SB is likely to check the turn to you then the cap is correct, allowing you to take a free card. If the SB is likely to still lead the turn then the cap is foolish. You cannot cap for value given all the folds.

Without a read I prefer to call and not cap. You could possibly save half a small bet by capping the flop but you could also lose an extra small bet. By not capping you almost guarantee the SB leading the turn and you benefit if you hit the turn and can get a raise in.
