Default problem with party software

My partypoker software seems to be messed up when I first open the program there is a black border on the right side and on the bottom so that it is not taking up all of the space that is provided for it, also when I go to the cashier the numbers do not line up to their categories if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

Go to Control Panel => Display => Settings => Advanced
change the display font size to normal size(96 dpi) will fix your problem.
