Re: Monitor Question
You want 1600x1200 resolution.
You probably won't have a problem, but check your video cards documentation to make sure your laptops video card supports 1600x1200. |

Re: Monitor Question
Same type of monitor question, but different objective.
My desktop supposedly has a video card that supports two monitors. I presently have a 17" CRT. What I would like to do is get a new flat screen large enough to open just two poker sites "full screen" at once. I have some minor vision problems and with the CRT I cannot go to higher resolution w/o icons and print becoming so small I cannot read. Question is what monitor would you recommend to have 2 games running at once? (should be simple if some can hold 4), and since I can support two monitors is there any reason I can't use the CRT and flat screen together? I had been told that set up properly my mouse when moved would just "jump" to the other screen. Is that right? Thanks for any help. |

Re: Monitor Question
Anything less than 1600x1200 and there will be table overlap. I recommend running the highest resolution you can comfortably use, even if you play two tables, extra space for stuff like pokertracker, a web browser, the poker lobby etc. is always good.
