Default pokerstars $10 call this?

I was certain that I had villian beat, but wasn't 100% sure if I should make the call. The only reason that I thought folding might be correct was that blind stealing was very easy. Did I make the right play?

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t400 (5 handed) converter

SB (t7705)
Hero (t1665)
UTG (t1770)
MP (t715)
Button (t1645)

Preflop: Hero is BB with T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises to t1745, 3 folds, Hero calls t1240 (All-In).

Flop: (t3085) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Turn: (t3085) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

River: (t3085) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: t3085

many times, this is gonna be a blind steal with 44, 55, 89s, 9Ts, TJs, 97s, etc.

I play ps $10s a lot (or at least try to), and that is an instacall that you will win 80%+ of the time.

you have to call this. if you win, you are looking very good to get ITM and have a shot at first if you can get a quality hand against SB.

I did insta-call figuring that he was on a steal or had a weak ace. I turned out to be a 70% favorite pre-flop, but obviously the ace hit. I just wanted to make sure that this call was correct. I truly hate 10's as I never seem to win with them. Oh well, I will keep grinding it out.

Yeah this is a must call. + tons of EV. Even if you are a coinflip taking a coinflip is better than losing 1/4 of your stack to the blinds and being left with no FE. So it's a very clear call, since you are better than a 50/50 against the opponents range. This would only become close if 4 people made the money.
