Default my 30/60 game

I'm fairly new to the online game, but consider myself to be pretty decent. I've moved up from 5/10 all the way to the 30/60 within the last few months. I hadn't had much problem making about 2bb/100 at the other levels, although I had been moving up every 20k hands and was running pretty well for a while. At the 30/60 I'm running at -0.3bb/100 through 30k hands (have not been running well @ this level). I was wondering A) Is this common at this level to be down money through 30k hands, and B)does anyone have any stats/reads on me that may help my game. On partypoker my sn is bchmtnbuford

I don't have too many hands on you but a few different databases with you in them. The stats all seem consistent that you're WAY too tight. This might be okay in the lower limit games but I don't think it's optimal for the 30/60.
I tagged you as a fish, sorry.

Yeah, I took a look at my database, and over 1600 hands, your VPIP is 13+. That's ridiculously low. Another thing is, I can tell by your post that you're under the assumption that you're a winning player. You asked, is it common at this level to be down over 30k hands, which I'm assuming you're asking about winning players. Otherwise, of course it's common at any level for people to be down. Your sample sizes for 15/30, 20/40 (I'm just guessing) are too small. I have nothing against the idea of moving up after small sample sizes if you're winning. But you should always take into account the possibility that you may not be able to beat that level at this point in time with your current skills.

that's strange that the both of you have my vpip so low.... I don't have it anywhere near that low.... yes, I was asking for winning players.... what would be considered optimal vpip at this level?

After looking at my database I have to agree with pete, I also had you tagged as a fish. Maybe you should move back down and work on your game cause it seems a bit weak.

out of curiosity, did you have me labeled as a fish based on my postflop play?
