JJ online is killing me!

Ever since the online NL games at Party have gotten weak tight. I don't know how to play this hand against any semi decent opponent. Do I play it like 10/10 or less. It seems If i call it for a raise or reraise and get a big raise it's trash city. I have to flee if an ace hits the flop or get heat on a brick board. God I hate this hand....... Right. JJ is hard to play postflop. Learn to play better postflop.
