Default *OFFICIAL* GG TD 2-7 tourney thread

Saw a lot of familiar faces (err--- screen names?) drop by the ring game in the past half hour.

We have 27 entrants (5 tables), top 3 pay.

Good luck, all. Discuss whatever enters your mind below.

First two showdowns at my table were won by a 96 (vs. 97) and a 98. Where's the drama in that?

I won my first pot with an 86 calling down a guy who thought aces were low. Feels just like 24h.

I won my first pot with a wheel, but didn't get to showdown because my opponent misclicked and dumped his 2.

I hate how they use $25 chips and stick them under the $5 when raising and 3-betting.

Lost my first two pots, the play was....interesting. The second one I stayed pat with a J9 after villain drew one last draw. He bet into me and I call because I call down too much when I don't know someone, and he shows a J6. Curious bet on the end there, I don't know if he thought he was value betting or bluffing.

Default 95432 hand

I get 95432 in EP and raise to enter. One of the blinds reraises; he seems to be very aggressive 1-card draws--- I just saw him raise and cap with one. I 4-bet and he calls (is 5 the cap here or not?)

I stand pat as he draws one each time, check the fourth round. He shows 66742.

Whaddya think? Break?

1 card bb 8 draw (that got there on the last draw) meet pat 7. Meh, the cards are mocking me tonight.

That was a bluff. and a stupid one too. Does any action say I WILL CALL YOU more than just calling after the second draw and standing pat?
