Too weak tight?

Party Poker 1/2 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
UTG raises, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets, 7 folds, UTG caps, Hero calls.
An easy cap, especially since Villian is 66.7/27.78, even though it's only over 12 hands. He's been raising a lot of hands preflop so I'm assuming that he's just too aggressive pf. No reads since I didn't get to see any hands he's showed down with.

Flop: (9.50 SB) J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero raises, UTG calls.
I guess this is standard.

Turn: (6.75 BB) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets, UTG calls.
So is this.

River: (8.75 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
UTG bets, Hero folds.
Should I have called for just one more bet?

Wow. Yes. Please call that. You're good 1 in 9.75 times here when he's bluffing an ace with his TT. Not to mention, TT may be giving this guy too much credit, considering how much he raises preflop. He could feasibly have any pocket pair.

You still probably lose this particular time, but it happens. Everything else is perfect.

Yes. If he has the A so be it, but I can see a bluff here more than one time in nine. Also, if I see you fold to this Ace I'll make a note to bet into you every time this happens, cause I know you'll ship me the pot.
