what do you guys make of villian's check-raise?

(no boat on river=rigged)

Post reads.

Cap it preflop and if bet into on the flop I'd either raise/fold to 3-bet or lay it down for 1 bet, depending on villain. The hand should have been played differently such that you have the initiative, which may significantly change the way this hand is played out.
