We dont have live tourneys here in Detroit. This is what i want to play. Searches show me Borgata and Taj daily and mid afternoon. Question is which do you like better for value , blind structure , smooth running etc... and which gets more entries ?

i prefer the taj, borgata is cleaner and nicer but the daily tourneys at the taj are fun, they usually get about 130 for the 12:15 (65 buy in) and the nightly gets a few more. 25/50 blindss to start and you get 5000 in chips, gl

the daily tourneys at the borgata have an almost identical blind level structure (posted below for lazies), and identical starting chips - except that the evening borgata tournies have 30 minute levels instead of 20 minute levels for the morning and taj tournies

i played the wednesday morning tourney (100+20) yesterday at the borgata, and there were 118 entries

there were less than 100 entries for the evening (172+25) tourney

Both are fun and as above almost identical in structure.
I played the TAJ morning tourney on Wednesday and there were 146 people. Borgata Monday morning tourney had 110 or so. If you are near the TAJ and want to play an even cheaper tourney - go play the $40+10 at the House of Blues poker room which is very nice. Same strucure but no antes. They also have autoshufflers which is great with only 20 minute levels. Only 47 entered last night. They run those twice a day I think.
