Default Expekt: worst poker launch ever?

After planning their separation from Prima for a long time Expekt launched their brand new client this week. After a few days of constant problems anyone trying to log into the network this weekend can read:

Dear customer,

We will always strive to offer you the very best for all our products. Our recent launch of new poker software in a new network has caused problems for many of you, and we therefore see no other option than to go offline to allow for technical issues to be resolved.

As our esteemed customer, you deserve nothing but the very best. Because of this we will now keep Expekt.com Poker offline until all major technical issues have been resolved and we are sure that you can play safely without any issues ruining your poker game. We will update you through your registered email address as soon as the software is operating on a fully satisfactory level.

Your credit at your poker account will be transferred into your sportsbook account at the very latest by Sunday (October 30th). Please be aware of that your money will be safe and secured before and during this transaction.

Kind Regards"

Must suck to build a reputation among scandinavian poker players for several years only to screw it up by making a substandard client and launching it with poor to none testing. But hey, at least they get to keep all rake themselves.
