On a side note-I really think these type of threads need to be locked.

Good beginner's books:

Omaha by Bob Ciaffone (my be out of print)
Starting Out In Poker (i think that's what it's called) by Stewart Reuben.

Edit: It's still up:
More advanced:

Pot Limit and No Limit Poker by Reuben and Ciaffone
How Good is Your Pot Limit Omaha by Stewart Reuben

There was a poster here who used to have a very good site called something like Winning Online Poker with a good strategy guide to PLO but I forget his name and think the site may be down, perhpas someone can help.

Edit: It's still up. Winning Online Poker . What was that guy's name? He had a baseball player as an avatar. Where'd he go?
