I pushed there but after thinking about it, tt seems to me like there is too much chance that he is calling and too little chance that he'll show AQ.
In hindsight I am thinking I should've folded.

I'd fold. First of all, strange raise, 10x BB. He's probably going to call if you push, and you'll probably be a dog to his pair.

I would seriously consider folding this, his raise is just ridiculous and he won't fold. It's a pocket pair 99-JJ a huge % of the time, I think.
