Default ($55) This made me laugh.

Yes, I am definitely experiencing what Irieguy would call "it."

Hero has AcAh and limps UTG
One more limper from LP
Flop comes KQ5 rainbow
I overbet, hoping he hit a K
he minraises to 200
I push he calls 700 more chips
he flips over 22...
I turn and look at my friend and say, "watch, a 2 is going to hit on the river" and... it did.

You know you're an STTF whore when you start posting the buyin amount in the title of a different forum.

What made you want to limp AA UTG, anyway? Lineup full of regulars, and you felt it necessary to mix it up? Was the game particularly aggressive? Were you fairly certain of having it popped PF behind you?

I limp/reraise AA UTG in the early levels like 60-70% of the time. Gets more chips in preflop and minimizes the bad beats... if it limps around i let it go pretty easily against resistance. But you'd be SURPRISED how easy it is to get people all in with AQ etc with the old limp-reraise trick.

okay, limping AA utg at 10/15 blinds clearly isn't a wrong strategy. you may not prefer it but you don't have to act like a ten yr old brat who thinks he knows everything, mr 117 posts.

Do you limp any other hands UTG? Do you limp/raise any other hands UTG?

KK maybe 10% of the time. And we're only talking level 1. I believe that on average more chips get into the pot preflop, with fewer opponents, which is the goal with these hands. sure sometimes you get 7 limpers and you're just [!@#$%], but we're talking on average here.
