Default good rereaise or no?

Full rings 10 max $2/ $4 mostly semi loose players some loose.

I am second to act and I call with KQo its folded to the small blind who completes and the bb checks.

** Dealing Flop ** [ 5s, 9d, Qh ]
Zande21 bets [$2].
santa15 folds.
ME raises [$4].
cruff25 folds.
Zande21 calls [$2].
** Dealing Turn ** [ Ks ]
Zande21 bets [$4].
ME raises [$8].
Zande21 calls [$4].
** Dealing River ** [ 4s ]
Zande21 checks.
ME bets [$4].
Zande21 calls [$4].
** Summary **
ME shows [ Kc Qd ].
Zande21 shows [ Qs Ac ].

Was it wrong for me to reraise on the flop?
My thinking was AQ would have been raised preflop and he wouldnt have two pair on a odd flop like that.

The other guy (Zande21) right now is 19% VPIP with a preflop raise of 5% (after 100 hands he is tight passive passive in poker tracker)

Any input is apprecited since im just starting to really learn..

Yes, reraising might be a little too much on the flop. You only raised though, and that's the only option here.

He's the SB, you have no idea what he has. But you still need to raise.
