There are several players to act after you, the pot isnt very big, the two pair is strong, and the bettor probably didnt improve. Isnt this one of those situations where going for overcalls is a good play?

Definitely raise the river though.

I like just calling the turn as long as you know you are raising the river no matter what.

Well any good draw is calling 2 cold. Anyone with a dead [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] draw will call. I don't really feel like letting a [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] draw only pay 1 bet here.

Hero has a damn good hand, and people will call two so let them do so.

Makes sense, so the fact that there are good enough draws on the board makes the turn a raise. If the board was a little more vanilla going for overcalls may be the better way to go.

Yeah I can live with that. Calling on this board isn't great though.

are you trying to keep people around by calling the turn? i think i'd raise, but i could be very wrong too.

edit: smarter and faster people said raise the turn.
