Please help me with a Sudoku puzzle

Ive been working on this for a while now and I can't find the next move. I had a friend check all the numbers to the answer in the back so I know its right. Ive done a lot of easy and medium puzzles but this was my first attempt at a hard. Maybe there is some technique I don't know about or whatever but I can't find the next move. Any help would be awesome.

Quick question as I've seen two types.

Does each 3x3 box have to contain the numbers 1-9 or is it just rows/columns.

Name the columns A to I, and number the rows 1 to 9. Cell B7 can only be 6 or 9; E7 can only be 4 or 6; I7 can only be 4 or 9. That accounts for the 4, 6, & 9 for that row. So since C7 can only be 2 or 6, and the 6 has to be in one of the other three cells mentioned, C7 has to be the 2.
