its so much easier to get lots of action from T's if you bet the flop. Sure once you get to the turn its not gonna matter how you play it. you disagree?

first of all, you don't have my reads on these players, which were strong. second of all, you can't possibly be saying that checking to the preflop raiser is always bad on this flop. and you admit that on the turn, you can't go wrong (unless he cheats). so you can only be arguing the flop. but you can't say it is a mistake to check this flop, can you? 100% of the time? no matter the read? seems ridiculous to me to say that.

Think about it, what hand, other than a T is he going to be able to extract money from if he slowplays the hand?

Any hand besides a ten will fold if you slowplay the flop then bet the turn, knowing that you slowplayed at least a ten, if you got in to a raise war on the flop he might have thought you had AA, a smaller ten, something to get all in on the flop.

Even though the disconnect was obviously cheating, the slowplay screwed him over because the worst possible thing could happen, a 6 fell and it killed his action, Why would Tens full check the turn then push the river unless he made a bigger hand?

do you play poker? i'd take a 6 on the river over a T any day. And no one folds a T here, least of all this dude. He probably would have disc'ed with ace high to see if it was good.
