Default Down, up, or coasting?

It seems like many 2+2ers are going through a mass downswing lately (me included, ugh).

I thought I'd try to gauge it here. If you'd like, please post how much you are currently up or down.

I'm down about 5 buyins in my 3/6 NL game (I've dropped all the way back to 1/2 to preserve my bankroll... starting tonight).

Stars and Party must have flipped everyone's killswitches on but mine. Up 13 buyins over last 6,000 hands (100NL).

Up for the month with one very good winning session and lost little more than half of it over the last 2 weeks where i haven't had a single winning session (losing a tiny bit every day).

I lost 300 BBs slowly and painfully (mainly slow because it was while I was trying to get my new account funded and I would keep putting money into it and then instantly losing it), but then suddenly had a miraculous turnaround and won it all back in a couple thousand hands. So I guess I'm on an upswing right now. Running good is fun.

I feel a little better about my current downswing. I was up about 80 BB at Stars, but lost 60 of that in the last few days.
