Pacific sucks. You can't open more than one table at a time and the hand history features are terrible.

Pacific's great if:

You like paying higher rake . Their rake is $4, and is taken every 20 cents.

Like getting consistently disconnected.

Hate being able to read the cards.

Enjoy terrible graphics.

Like being kicked out of your seat after being gone for 2 minutes.

Want to wait forever for a cashout.

Easily the worst site on the net. Occasionally has some bad players, but none overcome the negatives that go along with this site.

I agree with most of these points. But I believe that's why the games are good. Computer and poker savy folks veered away from the horrific rake and operations of the site. However when there's a good 30 60 running (seldom) its been worth it for me. My old computer was so slow i couldnt run more than one game at a time anyway, so i guess i was more patient.

I would also like to say that your assumption that there are a lot of players on Party is not necessarily accurate.

There may be more players on party than the other sites, but the number of stud players relative to hold 'em is puny. Recently when i I logged on there were no 20/40 games, maybe 1 or 2 10/20 games. No good 5/10 games, and a coupld of OK 3/6 games.

Almost all of the regular stud players on that site have moved down in limits or moved on to hold 'em.

I'm playing very little stud on there... Occasionally a 3/6 game. (For some reason I hate the 2/4 structure.)

There have been a lot of "Is stud dying?" posts. I'm tending to lean towards the answer to that question being: yes.

Hopefully party giving 15/30 a shot will revitalize the game, and provide Blumpkin a new avenue to getting people's $$.
