Default Re: Hourly Rate Question

A good rate for this game is 10x the big blind ($20 per hour). This number is based on many posts in the NL forum where posters have listed their rates, although there was some argument over whether this number should be hourly, or per 100 hands. In my case, I have exceeded this amount in the $25 and $50 NL games, and fallen short in the $100 and $200 games.

I would expect your numbers to fall even further if you are playing four tables. Again, in my case, I can handle three games fairly well, but playing four is not a good increase for me.

Good Luck.

I think you will have a negative expectation. Playing 4 tables is for pros. You should be aiming for a minimum of $10 per hour

[ QUOTE ]
23 per hr on each tbl or 23 per hr for all 4 tbls combined? What is recommended and what should u strive for that is attainable?

[/ QUOTE ]

Combined. But like I said, I 2 or 3 table. Almost 90% of the time I only 2-table. $20/hr is probably attainable and sustainable.

Go ask this question in the small stakes no limit forum. That's where all the guys who play this limit hang out and you'll get a variety of answers. Hope I helped.

A good player should be able to earn 3 PTBBs (or 6 Big Blinds) per hour/per table. This # will/should go up as you decrease the # of tables you play, and should increase if you are a 6max player. This is a fairly conservative # for NL200 and below.

10PTBB/100 is achievable = 40$/100. 4tabling = 200hands/hour.
Hourly rate = 80$/hour.
Of course this is not easy.

I think anything above 40$/hour is pretty decent.
Anything above 60$/hour is very good
80$/hour is almost pro level(at these stakes)
100$/hour = you shouldnt be playing that low

(I have about 75$/hour but I only 3table, I think this is very good result)

Best wishes
