1) everyone at table is super loose-passive, especially with blinds
2) I have almost no fold equity versus blinds and UTG
3) very low likelihood of being raised
4) limping would not be standard in my game, except for these 3 conditions

You should treat a lower straight flush like what it is: holy [censored] wtfbbq it's a straight flush.
