I don't think I would be too worried about seat 1, looks like he has something like a pair and a straight draw and is just going to try and get to the river.
You can be pretty certain, i think, that seat 5 has at least kings or aces and might have hit two pair along the way, his cards are very dead but its hard to put him on anything else.

I think I do play it pretty much the same as you did though, I might put another raise in on 5th and try and knock out seat 1 and punish seat 5 if he's behind in the hand.

yeah i agree about the 5th street now. i'm just starting in stud and wanted to make sure i'm not doing anything too stupid.

Jeez,I hate hands like this.You have to just suck along with a feeling of impending doom.I think I would have called it down,too & then hated myself.
